In 1967, when these four young musicians of Hawai`i proudly performed the traditional songs of their heritage, other young musical groups soon followed in their footsteps -- Olomana, Makaha Sons of Ni`ihau, Hui `Ohana, and more.

With Palani Vaughan's departure (called for military duty), the musicians of Sunday Manoa changed -- and changed again over the years. But guided by the grop's leader, Peter Moon, their distinctive sound remained...capturing a legion of fans around the world.
