Album Notes

This second edition of UKULELE LEGENDS features both traditional and new sounds that the island music staple is making. For decadess, the ukulele has been the instrument of choice of school children throughout the state of Hawai`i. Some get an early start, some late -- but generally, everyone young and old alike knows hoe to tune the ukulele: MY - DOG - HAS - FLEAS!

The selections here cover a wide range of island talent in various stages of their lives. This CD features some of Hawaii's rising stars like Brittni Paiva and Abe Lagrimas, Jr., while still featuring "veterans" such as Troy Fernandez, Bryan Tolentino and Moe Keale.
