The QUEEN LILI‘UOKALANI KEIKI HULA COMPETITION marks its silver anniversary in the year 2000. For twenty-five years, the children of Hawai‘i have enjoyed the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and talents in a treasure of Hawaiian culture: the traditional dance art form of hula.
The dedication of the kumu hula (hula teachers) and the love and aloha of the parents and families are reflected in the sparkling eyes of hundreds of young dancers.
