Kumu hula Pekelo Day can count among his many former students, Keali`i Reichel, Uluwehi Guerrero, and Pauline Leilani Brown -- who have each gone on to share what they learned with new students of hula and chant. The included booklet provides lyrics and translations for each chant, an explanation of the origin, and the kahea (the dancers' calls and answers).
