LEI HULU SINGS FOR THE HULA -- the much-anticipated debut CD from O`ahu kumu hula Kimo Alama Keaulana and his group!

This collection of songs is special, for most of them have never been recorded before...even though many of them have been composed at least a generation or two ago. What makes this collection unique is that all of these songs were specifically recorded with the hula teacher, hula dancer, and hula music performer in mind.

The timing on these songs is all about hula. The feeling is hula. The music is Hawaiian...definitely Hawaiian.

In addition to the kumu hula, musicians included are Noe Kimi Buchanan, Joe Keaulana, Angie Kekelaokalani Costa, and Halau Hula O Maiki.
