O`ahu-born slack key guitarist Kelekona (Vanderford) presents his debut release, SIMPLY SLACK KEY. Playing guitar since the age of 14, Kelekona studied at the knee of the legendary Alice Namakelua. He blends traditional ki ho`alu with other genres of music -- jazz, blues, rock, and flamenco -- to create his own unique style.
