Album Notes

From his musical beginnings as a young member of the Honolulu Children's Opera Chorus, The Hawai`i Opera Theater, and the Kamehameha Concert Glee Club, Kala`i Stern continued to demonstrate his love for Hawaiian music.

Kala`i won the Frank B. Shaner Falsetto contest with his stirring rendition of "Ka Beauty A`o Manoa" -- included on this, his debut solo CD.
