Dawning is an appropriate name for the first CD by kumu hula Michael Casupang, Karl Veto Baker, and their halau, Halau I Ka Wekiu. "Dawning" draws on the abilities of 90 students of all ages who produce a diverse selection of music that honors their members, their kumu hula, and the places in Hawaiĉi they have visited.
